General

The basics: what the product is, who it is for, language support, set-up and pricing.

What is Agentora and who is it for?

Agentora is a multi-tenant operating system built for Bosphorus tour, boat and cruise operators. It brings reservations, transfers, online sales, channel integrations, waiter and kitchen management, stock, cash, accounting and e-invoicing into one platform.

Is it only for Bosphorus tours?

The product is designed around boat and vessel tours: it fits operators with fixed departure times, per-person pricing and salon-and-table seating.

Other product types such as walking tours, out-of-town trips or yacht charters are on our roadmap. We can assess your needs together in a demo.

How long does it take to go live?

It depends on the size of your operation. Entering vessel, salon, tour, package and price definitions, and importing account, product and driver lists from Excel, speeds up the start. We put together a clear plan with you in the demo.

How is it priced?

Pricing depends on the scale of the operation and the modules used. After the demo we prepare a tailored quote.

Which language is the panel in? What languages do guests see?

The office panel is in Turkish. Guest-facing surfaces — the online booking page, digital menu and e-ticket — work in 8 languages: Turkish, English, Russian, Arabic (right-to-left), Spanish, Italian, French and German. Tour, package and product names can be translated per language.

Transfer

Hotel pickup, pier arrival and return: how drivers, location sharing and estimated arrival work.

What does the transfer module cover?

It manages picking tour guests up from their hotel, bringing them to the pier and the return. The pickup time fills itself by hotel and tour; drivers are assigned by drag and drop in kanban, list or grid views; stop order and estimated arrival (ETA) are managed; drivers are tracked live.

The driver app has “Picked up”, complete and undo steps; the guest also sees the vehicle and driver on the e-ticket and the “Manage my reservation” page.

Can it sell airport or private transfers?

The transfer module is designed to pick tour guests up from the hotel and bring them back. It is not a standalone airport or private-transfer sales product.

When is a driver’s location shared?

Location is not shared until the driver taps “Start transfer” in the driver app. Tracking stops when the shift ends. The location is used only on the operations team’s live tracking screen and — if navigation is on — on the guest’s tracking page.

How is the estimated arrival (ETA) calculated?

When enabled in business settings, the navigation feature calculates route and duration for the remaining stops using Google Directions, adds a short waiting allowance per stop and recalculates as order or status changes. When it is off, the system keeps working; only the ETA is not shown.

035 questions

Channels & payments

GetYourGuide, payment providers, e-Invoice and notifications: what is connected, what is on the way.

Does it work with GetYourGuide?

Yes. An integration with the GetYourGuide Supplier API has been built for availability, booking, cancellation and pricing; a booking from the channel lands directly in the panel and its linked reservation is cancelled automatically on cancellation. Connecting your account is subject to GetYourGuide’s own approval process.

What about Viator, Klook and other channels?

The channel architecture is multi-supplier; groundwork for Viator and Klook is on the roadmap but not live yet. Tell us which channel you need.

Which payment providers are supported? Are card details stored?

iyzico (payment links, tracked and untracked links, refunds, posting to the account) and Garanti BBVA virtual POS (3D Secure) are supported. Card details are never stored in Agentora.

How do e-Invoice and e-Archive work?

e-Invoice and e-Archive are issued through the Nilvera integration, with taxpayer lookup, a sending queue, retries, tax-authority status tracking and incoming invoice management. Invoices can be issued automatically at day-end.

Is there SMS or WhatsApp messaging?

Today email (confirmation, password reset, day-end report) and mobile/web push notifications are used. For WhatsApp there are share links for the reservation card and driver contact; there is no WhatsApp Business API or SMS integration.

043 questions

Online sales & partners

Online booking on your own domain, embedding in your website and what agency and hotel partners can do.

Can I use the online booking page on my own domain?

Yes. The page can be published at book.agentora.tr, or attached to your own domain with a CNAME record; the security certificate is set up automatically. Payment mode (full, deposit, none), theme and languages come from your settings.

Can I embed the booking page in my website?

Yes. A single line of code embeds the page in your website and adjusts its height by itself. Embedding is only allowed for the domains you approve.

What can partners (agencies and hotels) see and change?

In the partner portal they enter their own reservations and see their statement and reports. They cannot change prices; they can edit and cancel up to a set time before the tour (your setting). When the capacity threshold is reached, partner sales close and requests can go to office approval.

052 questions

Apps

The driver, waiter and operations apps; what the kitchen screen and printers need.

Is there a mobile app? Does it work offline?

There is an iOS and Android app covering the driver, waiter and operations roles, plus driver and waiter web versions. Field sales, the kitchen screen and reception also open fine from a phone browser. The apps work with live data today and require an internet connection; offline mode is on the roadmap.

Is special hardware needed for the kitchen screen and printers?

The kitchen screen is a kiosk page that opens in a browser; it works without sign-in via a business-specific link. Thermal tickets use a Windows-based print agent (ESC/POS, Turkish character support).

062 questions

Security & data

Where the data lives, how businesses are kept apart and how backups are taken.

Is my data safe? Does it mix with other businesses?

Each business’s data lives in its own PostgreSQL database; the tenant is resolved from the session and membership is verified. Page-level permissions, account lockout, bot protection, screen lock and per-record audit history are standard.

How are backups handled?

All databases and uploaded files are backed up every night; an encrypted copy is sent to off-site storage in the EU. Daily, weekly and monthly retention applies and restores are tested regularly.
