01Driver app
A shift gate, a pickup list and one tap for drivers.
An iOS and Android app plus a web version. Drivers sign in with their own account or a temporary link generated from the panel; location is shared only after they tap “Start transfer”.
- Shift gate: no location is shared before “Start transfer”
- Today’s pickups: hotel, time, guest count, room number and note

02Waiter app
The complimentary menu, limits and orders to the kitchen, for waiters.
Tables, tabs and the package’s complimentary menu on a single screen. When a per-category limit is reached, the app warns the waiter.

03Guest e-ticket
A QR ticket in the guest’s pocket, in 8 languages.
The reservation card is shared as an e-ticket: QR, tour details and, if there is one, transfer details. The link expires 24 hours after the tour day.

04Kitchen screen
A view-only screen for the kitchen: no sign-in, no confusion.
A kiosk page that opens in a browser; it runs on a business-specific, token-based link. Guest and order counts refresh periodically.

05Reception & QR check-in
Scan the QR at the gate, the guest walks in.
The reception screen is for the team at the pier. When the QR on the reservation card is scanned, the reservation’s status updates.
- Pending: reservation exists, guest has not arrived yet
- Picked up: the driver collected the guest from the hotel
- Checked in: the QR was scanned at the gate
- No-show: guests who did not turn up are marked
06Print agent
Receipts, kitchen and bar: Turkish output from thermal printers.
The print agent, running on Windows, prints to ESC/POS thermal printers with Turkish characters (CP857). Bar and kitchen printer types are defined separately.

Regions, visits and tasks in the field, on a map.
The field sales module runs in a web browser; there is no mobile app for it. It offers region assignment, GPS-stamped visit records, a work plan, a map and three reports.

08Operations on mobile
The whole panel in your pocket, with a single sign-on.
The app is role-based: driver, waiter or operations. In the operations role the office panel opens inside the app; the session is handed over from the app, so you are not asked to sign in twice.
